An example of where I'm coming from:
The initial administration of nalaxone could
have =generalized= ramifications,
[a 'shotgun' impact] which, thereafter,
became TD E/I-minimized to a degree
that allowed the subjects to 'learn' that the
initial generalized thing was not specific
with respect to eating. So they go ahead
and eat, while re-experiencing the non-
TD E/I-minimized remnant of the general-
ized effect of neuropharmacological
intervention.
Such stuff can be controlled for via coupled
automated standardized behavioral observa-
tion regimes - maze-running, novelty-seeking,
exercise wheel usage, escape -behavior, etc.,
all while subject to the neuropharmacological
intervention.
The need for such generalized control regimines
is what underpinned my call [AoK, Ap3] for dev-
elopment of neural-topology keyed experimental-
result databasing.
If behavioral observations were included in such
a database, =convergent= 'pictures' of the nuances
of this or that neuropharmacological intervention
would rapidly [after a technological-'familiarization'
period [Neuroscience-groupwise TD E/I-mini-
mization]] develop.
Without such a database, important observational
nuances =always= 'fall through the cracks' of indi-
vidual Experimenters' focusses [which goes back
to my long-former discussions of the need to
experience widely].
Further note: I admit that I 'reacted' in a biased
way to David's post, because of qualities of our
past 'interaction'. I was Wrong in that, but, other
than that, stand on what I've posted.
