The new understanding is always incorp-
orated within nervous systems in ways that
alter the neural topology of the nervous sys-
tem into which it is incorporated.
Thereafter, the nervous system in question
processes information in a way that differs
from the way that it processed information
prior to the incorporation of the learning in
question.
It's why we send our Children to school - to
have their nervous systems altered :-] hope-
fully, in a way that produces positive results
with respect to the general population in which
they will, subsequently exist.
NDT's understanding does this in a power-
fully-positive way be-cause it allows folks to
comprehend the ignoble way in which 'hate'
derives in nervous system function.
Let's see - what's a useful metaphore...
Before comprehending NDT's stuff, folks
'think' this or that is 'bad', but after grasp-
ing NDT's fundamentals, folks can see that
that affective alignment is just the by-product
of 'blindly'-automated TD E/I-minimization
with respect to different experiential 'realities'.
I'll present a 'metaphor' that's applicable to
the stuff of a recent msg I've posted. I'll continue
this discussion in reply to that other msg, and
come back to discuss the general behavioral-
transformation dynamics in reply to this msg [if
I can, then, add anything more to it.
Please read the other msg that I'm going to
prepare and post - it has to do with my state-
ment that all Maths consists of partial 'special
topological homeomorphisms' [which is, in
the context of this post, the before-learning
condition. My reply to the other post will provide
the learning, which will enable the behavioral
transformation, yielding the after-learning cond-
ition.
