In my lab, we use a very easy, very well done graphical software : Prism
from Graphpad (http://www.graphpad.com/prism/Prism.htm). Personally, I
also use MatLab and GNUPlot but it's more difficult to use (but it works
great if you want to automate the generation of graphs from huge amount
of data).
