Because of the bacterial evolutionary cul de
sac that I briefly addressed two posts ago
in this part of this thread [the 2nd of the two
links above] =CAUTION=, and Thorough-
ness are Absolutely-Necessary in the ap-
proach to these new antibiotics.
If the engineering is not done with far-reaching
3-D E-foresight, the possibility exists [because of
bacterial reproductive rates] that "reckless" ap-
proaches to the 3-D E inherent in the problem
will foster the generation of new strains of bac-
teria, and lift them out of the evolutionary dead-
end in which they've existed -- by forcing them
to converge upon a higher 'level' of 3-D E
complexity.
The 'result' would be worst than that which the
new antibiotics were intended to 'cure'.
Get it?
I expect that this sort of thing has already been
going on within the engineering of biologically-
active substances -- be-cause such engineering
has been approached in the "building-blocks"
way in which Molecular Biology has been ap-
proached -- without knowledge of the =need=
to carry-through 3-D E.
In other words, be-cause the 3-D E have not
been carried-through engineering of bio-active
substances, a spectrum of the Negative Conse-
quences with respect to which I expressed the
Need for Caution, above, are already happening
within the Biosphere.

they'll see that I've been trying to address this
stuff all along.]
Biological systems are 3-D E-ordered systems.
Tthe =only= way to "operate" =effectively=
upon them is via 3-D E.
3-D E Matters in the Extreme.

But, just now, I'm too-falling-down 'tired' to

Huge "Flood", and I'm working to capture
everything that's in-it.
Breaking such massively-parallel information-
processing, to stream sequential "language"-
interface dynamics is too-costly in terms of
it's impact upon the massively-parallel inform-
ation processing -- results in the missing of TD
E/I-minimization opportunities, and Valuable
understanding can "float-right-through" with-
out being "captured", thereby, being list indef-
initely. Too great a Cost.
So I've got to give myself over to the massive-
ly-parallel work.
I =Love= "being-'there'", but it requires me to
give myself over to it if all that's in-it is to be
"harvested" -- including with respect to "Virus-
es", with respect to which I made good 3-D E
progress back in the 1980s, but dropped it
because I saw my work in that realm being
'borrowed'.
[Meta point: If folks look back over my posts
for the last couple of 'weeks', they'll be able to
see, in them, what has been the build-up of the
TD E/I-"carrier wave" of this "Flood" -- and
how it gained the "attention" of the TD E/I-min-
imization mechanisms within my nervous sys-
tem. This, to continue in my efforts to teach
folks stuff that's Useful to understand with re-
spect to global nervous system function, once
again using myself as the "lab animal" :-]
I usually "over-shoot" when such arises in-me --
it's like being "jumped" while one is walking
in an 'unfamiliar' place -- and I've got to "grasp"
it and "wrestle" it into "submission", and I just
give myself over to doing that -- be-cause I
know that there's always "Treasure" in-there.
It's never "pretty", and I just do what needs to
be done, knowing that 'explanations' ring hol-
low to folks who are 'unfamiliar' with all that's
entailed.

[It might be, though, that the burning of a
place near mine, last 'night', just "bashed"
my sleep cycle. Heard a commotion -- a lot
of "banging" that awoke me, then, as I tried
to return to sleep, I heard the Blessed-Sound
of Fire Engines doing their work in-Earnest.
So, if one lives in a trailer, one gets dressed
and goes out into the cold [7 deg F.].
Or it could be that my car's stopped running,
so I couldn't make it to Mass this evening,
which Breaks-my-Heart.]
Anyway... I'll "eventually" continue my discus-
sion of 3-D E.
But not just 'now', and maybe not in this online
'life'.
