7 cases of ??? disease ---Help

Hi,

 There are seven cases including 3 men and for women, 
age from 28 to 42,suffering from constant severe headache 
lasting 3 to 10 days. 3 present stabbing pain in limbs, 
1 with paroxysmal intercostal neuralgia, 1 has burning 
sensation over entire body, 6 cases have low grade fever(37.2 to 38.2 C)
P E: 6 cases showed clear conscioisness, 
     1 somnolence, 
     all patients showed soft neck , Brudziskis and 
     Kernig' signs are negative, one case has ? positive Babinski
     Cranial nerves and muscle power are normal in all cases
     5 cases with general or local region pain and hyperpathia in 
     the relative region 
     No subcutaneous swelling, nodule or rush found.
 Lab:
      WBC-- Eos 9-37%, LP: 2 cases
      CSF:  pressure incresed
            No RBC
            WBC: 225-1400/mm3,  Eos 16-72%
            glucose: normal,  Protein; 0.50-1.09g/L
            Chloride 93mmol/L (low), one case was normal
      Skull CT scan: normal
 
Epidemiology: All patients eat some uncooked food 
              including sea snail, 1 to 2 weeks before 
              the symptoms present.
              (We also found another 12 cases had similar symptoms,
               in a group of 20 persons,they had the same dinner
together}

Our Clinical Diagnosis: Eosinophilic Meningoencephalitis
                        Parasitic Disease:
                                         Angiostrogyliasis ?
                                         Trichniasis ?
                                         Gnathostaomiasic Spinigera  ?
Sinc we do not have any special immunological tests 
available for these patients,  please ,Help!

We need:

         1) Diagnosis
         2) Any suggestions for further examination,testing and methods
         3) Treatment
