Toxicology database?

I have to check a whole bunch of compounds whether they are toxic.

Does there exist a database with toxicology-data, like the CRC Handbook 
for Chemistry&Physics, where I could look up at least some of them? 
Or, even better, is their somewhere a website with this information ?
