Is there anybody out there who has experience with analyzing metabolites
of toxicants in bile? I am measuring radiolabeled benzo[a]pyrene
metabolites in bile with HPLC, but don't know what to relate the
concentrations to. Bile volume obviously doesn't work, any other
suggestions?
