The answer did not give me satisfaction: I need an OFFICIAL PROTOCOL.
My idee is: devide the group of 100 rats in smaller groups and inject
growing doses of the toxic substance to each group. I think we can
obtain a sigmoïd-shape curve and, after a probit transformation, obtain
the LD50 by a simple graphic extrapolation.
I don't know whether the answer is satisfactory.
