Hi!
Does anyone here know the amount of hg evaporationg from a small hg-cell,
if exploding?
I recently had a small hg-cell(SR-44P), used to power up a russian camera,
in my pocket. It "exploded" quiet harmlessly, and fell into pieces. I now
wonder if the amount of hg evaporating might have been harmful in any way.
Does anyone know? I understand that this kind of small cell-batteries of
the hg-oxide type contain 35% of hg.
