I would like to know the process of extraction of copper
from tissue. From what I have been able to extract, the tissue
is treated with Nitric acid and the solution is analyzed by
atomic absorption spectroscopy. Is this correct or are there
other methods? Also, with nitric acid, how much sample should
one use and how much nitric acid is to be added?
Any pointers would be appreciated .
