Does anybody know what lipid changes acetaminophen induces in liver or kidneys? I have read that APAP augments lipid peroxidation at concentrations: 0.5 to 5.0 mM BUT when i tested the compound i found no lipid peroxides usind 1 mM within 5 hours incubation time? Any suggestions? A Scientist
