Dear UroNet,
I have a couple of students in my Cell Biology class that are
interested in isolating amphibian DNA (and later cleaving with restriction
endonucleases). They are doing this for their class project. Does anyone
out there have a good procedure for such a "clean" isolation procedure? I
plan on using extra axolotl spermatophores.
