To all limb regeneration and limb development people:
Trent Stephens (Univ. of Idaho) called me today and asked about dates
for the 1998 limb meeting to be held in Sun Valley Resorts, Idaho. He
strongly suggested May 17-21 (1998). People could arrive on Sunday (17th)
and the meeting would go through into Thursday (21st). The following
weekend is Memorial Day weekend and we have an extra day. Thus people might
like this to have time to travel and site-see. Yellowstone Park opens on
Memorial Day weekend. I am therefore asking you regeneration people
especially, assuming Trent in touch with limb development people, what you
think about this date for the meeting. Are there major conflicts? Also,
would the Singer Symposium be a possibility for either before or after the
