Does anybody know about the life history of Amblystoma punctatum?
The animals were studied in the early paper by L.S. Stone ( J.exp.Zool.,
83:481-506, 1940; The origin and development of taste organs in salamanders
observed in the living condition).

In adult are they terrestrial? Many other species except A. mexicanum
(axolotl) are terrestrial after metamorphosis. Is there any common name
of this species in English?
