FGF in limb blastema

Hi.
Is there anyone out there who has the clone of FGF1, FGF2, FGF4 or FGF8
isolated in urodeles? I need the clone of an FGF expressed in limb blastemas
of urodeles (I'm working with Pleurodeles and Triturus) as a good marker for
the proliferative part of the regeneration process. For my investigations I
can use a cDNA (also a part of the coding region is good) that I can
transcribe in RNA for a whole mount, or an antibody for an immuno-staining
(I know that an Ab is very precious...). It is important that the clone (or
the Ab) reacts in urodeles: if the clone comes from an other animal, e.g.
Xenopus or chick, but reacts in urodeles, it will be perfect for me.
I would be very grateful for any help.
Thanks, Save.
