George M. Malacinski would like to call you attention to the following
post-doctoral position announcement:
Two Postdoctoral Positions in Regenerative Biology:
One position at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis
and another position at Indiana University-Bloomington
Molecular biology of limb and spinal cord regeneration
Two postdoctoral positions will be available in January 1999 for a
two-year project on the molecular biology of limb and spinal cord
regeneration in Xenopus laevis. We are investigating the molecular
mechanisms that distinguish regeneration from wound repair. The project is
a collaboration among investigators at Indiana University-Purdue
University Indianapolis, Indiana University-Bloomington, and Eli Lilly and
Company. Research will be carried out in both university locations and at
Lilly, and there will be extensive interaction between members of the
research team from each location.
Candidates should have a recent Ph.D., a strong background in cell and
developmental biology, and extensive knowledge of current techniques of
molecular biology.
Please send a CV, a description of research interests, and the names of
