Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has, or can recommend, a cardiac and/or a neural
crest specific antibody/serum for work with axolotl embryos?
Ideally, I am looking for a marker of the neural crest which differentiates
into the nerves that innervate the heart (part peripheral nervous system).
Further - has anyone studied the innervation of the heart in the cardiac
lethals?
I will be extremely grateful for any information in the above areas. Many,
