Hi folks,
I'm planning to inject a reporter construct with a supposedly
eye-specific promotor into Xenopus blastula. The construct I have
contains the 5'LTR from the RSV. Does anyone know if this sequence is
recognized as a regulatory region in Xenopus and might interfere with
the promotor?
