Dear sir/madame
We would respectfully ask for your apologies for your receiving of advertising from our
company in the form of spamming E-mail. Unfortunately one of our employees went too
far over one's authorization and used a, for us, a very unethical form of advertising.
We look at this incident very seriously and can with this guarantee that this case will
have consequences.
Totally without our knowledge, it was established an unofficial Internet site in Dominican
Republic and in corporation with a German/American company, sent out
offers/advertising to bought E-mail addresses. All the E-mail addresses are, by us,
confiscated and will be deleted immediately.
We can assure you that we will do our best to prevent this to happen again.
This is a very embarrassing case for us since we lead a serious firm profile and does our
best to attend to all our costumers/connections and provide good service.
We hope with this that you can accept our apology and assurances and that you can
look at our company with positive eyes.
We also hope we have not caused any irritation or damage and we would at the same
time remind you that if you have any questions you can contact us by
