Publicizing and promoting the award at Universities and Colleges might
prove to be a fruitful way to recruit potential contestants. Students
in Universities such as Caltech, MIT etc. already engage in
competition to various technical challenges in areas such as
robotics...give the Bio majors some technical goal to achieve.
