Wanted: Forestry Commission Data

Hi, in 1966, J.N.R. Jeffers presented a paper on some analysis
he did for the Forestry Commission. The paper referenced (but did
not reproduce) data studied in the analysis of physical properties 
of pitprops. Measured were maximum compressive strength before
destruction, topdiameter, length, moisture content, etc. 
The study was see if any "non-destructive" measurements of pit-props 
could accurately predict their maximum compressive strength, and
thus whether they were safe for usage in mines.
The paper I have is called "two case studies in the application
of principal components analysis".
Does anyone know how i might get ahold of this data?
