[Arabidopsis] lignin quantification

Hi, everyone,

 

I want to measure  the lignin content in rice, most of the publications used
the method of [Kirk, T.K., and Obst, J.R. (1988). Lignin determination.
Methods Enzymol. 161, 87-101.]. but this reference is too old to be
available. Is there anyone have this protocol or any alternative method? You
will be greatly appreciated for any of your information and suggestions.
