[Arabidopsis] How to identify these defense mutants.

Hi Friends,
I have some defense mutants which wwere handed to me by the outgoing
post-doc a year back. I want to use them but can any one please suggest how
to identify etr1-1/etr1-3/jar1/ndr1/eds1/pad4/npr1 mutants ( for example
using PCR based methods).
