[Arabidopsis] differential centrifugation of Arabidopsis

Hello everyone,

I'm doing differential centrifugation to isolate proteins of  
Arabidopsis. But unfortunatelly I am not sure what is in fraction P1  
(1000 g, cell fragments, nucleus?), P8 (8000 g, ER-bodies,  
plasmamembran?) and P12 (12 000 g, mitochondria, chloroplasts?). Does  
anyone knows what is in the fractions or a paper?
