Has anyone heard about or tried doing in vitro transcription with plant ? I know that is easy with HELA cell but difficult with yeast. I am thinking (dreaming) to use in vitro transcription system in promoter/enhancer analysis. Is it possible ? Any suggestion or comment ? Xiaoying Lin Biology/ U. of MD Baltimore County
