Sandy, there is a lot on this topic in the group "bionet.molbio.methds-
reagnts". I personally prefer cycle-sequencing with Sequitherm Long
Read kit from Epicentre Tech, however, sequencing PCR products is not
a simple matter reducable to a favorite kit...
