Hello netters,
thank you from the answers about chicken antibodies. The bottom line is
that seems to be easier to produce antibodies in chickens than in rabbits and
you can get a lot. On the other hand, you can't do protein A
immunoprecipitation, because IgY from chicken eggs doesn't bind to protein A.
