which epitope tag?

	I would like to gather some information about epitope tagging of proteins expressed in plant (especially arabidopsis). I will post e-mail replies to the group.

	I would appreciate if you could share your experience (successful or not) on the epitope tag/antibody pairs you used in applications like:
	
	Western blotting
	Immunopreciptation
	immunohistochemical staining
	immunogold in EM
	...

	and their background in plant cells.
