Finding e-mail addresses

Hi all, this is in response to the many recent pleas for addresses.

An underutilized resource for finding e-mail addresses is the electronic
archive of postings to this newsgroup, located now with the Atdb site at
stanford.  Simply typing a persons name in the query box brings up every
note they have posted or been mentioned in, postings usually include e-mail
addresses.  Often this is a more reliable method of finding the most
current addresses on folks after a move etc. as the database, in my
experience, is a bit behind in tracking the migrations of students and
post-docs.  Good luck in searching, Bryan.
P.S. this is also a nice resource for tracking the developers of protocols etc.
