We are searching for a developmental biologist to join the Laboratory for
Molecular Biology at the University of Illinois at Chicao. Applications

DEVELOPMENTAL BIOLOGIST
The Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Illinois at
Chicago (UIC) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the
Assistant Professor level.

We seek applications from individuals whose research program emphasizes
molecular and genetic approaches to the understanding of development using
plant, animal or microbial model systems. Successful candidates will be
expected to pursue a vigorous independent research program and to
contribute to the department's undegraduate and graduate teaching efforts.

Review of applications will begin October 1, 1998 and will continue until
the position is filled.
