Protein extraction from Arabidopsis

I am extracting proteins from diverse arabidopsis tissues and I have
a problem getting high molecular weight proteins more than 110 KD.
Does anyone has a protocol that  help getting a good protein range
extract suitable for SDS-PAGE and western analysis.
