Long-term Seed Storage

We need to store long-term Arabidopsis seeds stocks. What is the best
method to do so, i.e..  -20C, -80C or +4C. Should the seeds be stored in
paper envelopes or  sealed vials, and do the seeds need to be
desiccated.
