hi there, i m looking for a eoxn/intron boundry prediction tool especially for arabidopsis and oryza.although there are nuber of tools available for this but they didn't produce the grphical outputs means they didn't show the region of exon/introns on input. can anyone help me regardng this. regards sanjay
