Hi Huazhong Shi,
I have tested Lov-5 and Tamm-2 for flowering and followed by seed setting.
It took me two months of of 4oC treatment of the fully grown plants followed by their transfer to 25oC long day conditions to induce flowering followed by seed setting.

Hi, I recently ordered some seeds of different ecotypes from ABRC, and I am trying to produce more seeds. However, the three ecotypes, ARS-10, Lov-5 and Tamm-2, have not flowered in more than two months even after two weeks vernalization at 5-8 Celsius degree. Could anybody provide suggestions about how to promote flowering in these ecotypes? Thanks!

Dear Arabidopsis researchers,
I am looking for an equation to measure Anthocyanin content from Arabidopsis leaf(Anthocyanin per gram weight) after extracting the same and measuring the OD at 530nm and 657nm respectively. The protocols that I have read/used, talk about the compensation for chlorophyll absorbance and all but I have failed to get an equation to plug in my values from the OD/spec readings for the same.

I would really appreciate if someone can suggest/provide the equation for the same.Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions.
