Help with hearing aids

I agree with all that TimMcClusky says, except for price of hearing aids
in NYC.  Your plain vanilla I.T.E.'s can be obtained from an audiologist
in NYC for ~$500.00.  But I would not advise taking a 70 mile trip just to
save a few hundred $$.  

There is a Dr. Aleo in (progably)Kingston (or maybe Newberg - Beacon) who
I've heard of.  He is not an M.D> but a Ph.D. in audiology.  WIth anyone,
I concurr to follow Tim's suggestions.
