Hello, I am using fluorescently labelled Research Genetics markers ( on a ABI prism 377). I've been experiencing several problems with the optimisation of these markers such as stuttering , low peaks and non-specificity. I would like to know if anyone could advise me on a particular protocol to overcome this problem. Thank you Cinda ---
