[DI] database of chloroplast transit peptides?

Dear Netters,
Some years ago there was a paper in "Plant Molecular Biology Reporter" 
reporting the creation of a database of chloroplast transit peptides. I 
think it was by Ken Keegstra et al.  I remember they planned to put a 
version on the EMBL server. I was trying to find this database on the 
EMBL and other servers, but even WAIS searches turned up with nothing. 
Does anybody know where this database is and how I can access it? Or 
could it be that the project is down?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
