Big ones.  

Seriously, macromolecules are complex polymers of (I guess) biological
significance.
 Nucleic acids are a good example, being composed of the four bases in a
long
 polymer.  Proteins are another, composed of amino acids, and
polysaccharides
 are another, composed of long strings of sugars.  I don't know if this is
 to vague, but I hope it answers your question.
