Actually, I have (and do right now). However, during my residency, about
1/4 of our time was spent at a VA. Nothing like having to raid the film
room yourself to find X-rays if it's after 4 PM, because there's no
attendant there. (The evening shift attendant had to run the portable
X-ray machine too and was therefore rarely in the film room. After 11 PM,
there was no one in the film room, period.)
