A Postdoctoral Research position is available in the laboratory. This
is a post-graduate position in which the individual is responsible for
assisting with research activities as well as conducting independent
research projects when appropriate under limited supervision.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work on the
design, development and implementation of novel, cell-based approaches
to predict and evaluate the therapeutic activity of anticancer drugs
in preclinical and clinical studies of lung cancer. A Doctorate degree
in medical or life sciences and a strong background in molecular or
cell biology are required. Experience in standard molecular biologic
methodologies, cell signaling, western blot, and basic protein
chemistry techniques are essential. Prior working experience in mouse
tumor models is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills are required to work in a multidisciplinary team
of research nurses and data managers.
