Nucleotide Therapeutics Thrust Area Manager, with ancillary support to Discovery Team Lead, and Head and others.  The incumbent
represents the Medical Science and Technology Division through interactions with senior managers in other federal agencies. 

The incumbent has earned a masters degree in microbiology or related discipline.  The incumbent assists in identifying and
translating customer requirements into technical objectives, evaluating alternatives for achieving objectives, and generating
technical and fiscal program plans required to develop and demonstrate advanced technologies and capabilities and transitioning them
to the operational environment.  The incumbent provides additional duties as required (e.g. administrative and clerical support).
