[Employment] Junior Specialist Position at Bodega Marine Lab

POSITION AVAILABLE: Jr. Specialist position, full time, located at the
Bodega Marine Lab (BML), Bodega Bay, CA (2 hours west of the UC Davis
campus).  Step 1 salary $2,639.00 per month, dependent on qualifications
& experience.  A Bachelor’s degree is required.

NATURE AND PURPOSE: The successful candidate will conduct research in
marine intertidal ecology. Specifically, research will focus on factors
(biotic and abiotic) driving algal assemblages and how these
assemblages, in turn, affect ecosystem function.  The candidate will
maintain updated literature libraries and knowledge of current work and
methodologies relevant to this research.
