The three ontologies (Biological Processes, Cellular Components, Molecular Functions) are extended by the BRENDA Tissue Ontology (BTO). http://www.brenda.uni-koeln.de/?page=ontology/ A helpfull feature is the connection between ontology terms and enzyme data. You can also search for a complete branch of the tree (e.g. 'brain' finds also 74 other terms of the branch 'brain' in BRENDA).
