CD9 for Granulocytes

   I have not read the article you refer to, but I would be concerned that CD9 would label
platelets that are bound, (in highly variable numbers, depending on how you prepare your
cells), to granulocytes.  We have not investigated whether platelets bind to eosinophils, but we
know they bind to resting and activated neutrophils and monocytes.
