Help! Question on converting acetyl phosphate to acetyl CoA

It's just a straightforward transesterification (? hmmm...)
reaction...the phosphate group is a very good leaving group, and the
thiol group on the HSCoA is a good nucleophile (it attacks the carbonyl
carbon of the carboxyl group)
Not sure about the enzyme...but I don't think that acetyl phosphate (as
I think you've described) is stable in aqueous solution...probably an
enzyme intermediate, no?
Maybe you could somehow clarify the structure of acetyl phosphate?
