Freezing human keratinocytes

Do you want to use the frozen keratinocytes for cell culture? Or
staining such as freeeze-fracture for EM or monoclonal antibody?

I usually throw cells suspension in MEM (such as DMEM or EMEM) with 10%
FCS and 10% DMSO into liquid nitrogen.

Otherwise more easy ,insted of MEM+FCS+DMSO you can purchase a liquid
medium specilized for cell freeze. In Japan it is sold as "Cell Banker".
