Hi everybody, I am trying to find a reliable method for coating coverslips with fibronectin. So far (from trawling the web) I have come up with: 5ug/cm fibronectin put onto the coverslip for 1hr @ 37C wash 2x with PBS and use coverslips immediately. Does this sound reasonable?? Any further suggestions? Thanks, Sophie
