[Cell-biology] breast cancer cell lines - positive control for apoptosis

I´m just wonder that do you get resolve your problem about positive controll  of  apoptosis ? If you can resolve it ,please,  let me know I ´ll very pleasure for that because I have also the same problem as you do, but I don´t know how to resolve it.
