[Cell-biology] Cytotoxicity assays

Hi,



I am trying to screen some compounds for cytokine release assays. I want
to make sure that these compounds do not have any cytotoxic effect on
the cells. I was wondering what positive controls I could use for this
kind of assay set up for primary cells as well as for HepG2 cells.
