Dear Chlamydomonas Community (Friends)

Does anyone have any new results (positive or negative) on attempts to alter
gene expression by antisense strategies?

I have recently obtained the arylsulfatase promoter from John Davies and plan
to use this to try to get regulatable expression of my favorite
nuclear-encoded chloroplast genes.  Are there any other likely useful
regulatable promoters besides this one and cytchrome c6?  Any comments or
suggestions about this issue?
